Falsehood of the Islam Doctrine: part 2

So now we have established a basis for which we can try the spirit before we look at the scripture lets get some documented history on Islam, its Origins, Prophet, and Rituals.
We recognize that this will be especially hard for Muslims because the Qur’an forbids them to ask questions about their own faith! They are warned that if they start asking questions, they may lose their faith in Islam!

O ye who believe! Ask not questions about things
which if  made plain to you, may cause you trouble.
Some people before you did ask such questions, and on
that account lost their faith." (Surah 5:101-104).

2Ti 2:15  Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

The questions were not the problem. The answers "made plain" caused people to lose their faith in Islam. Whenever people tell you not to ask questions its because if you find the answers you will lose faith in them, they are trying to hide something.

  • Abraham: Was a Muslim

It is important for us to first show Abraham's ethnicity and cultural background.

You have Muslims claiming that Abraham was a Muslim with Islamic beliefs. On the other hand, you have Christians claiming that Abraham was a Christian and that they are under the blessings of Abraham. Are either of these factions correct?

Gen 14:13  And there came one that had escaped, and told Abram the Hebrew; for he dwelt in the plain of Mamre the Amorite, brother of Eshcol, and brother of Aner: and these were confederate with Abram

As we can see clearly, Abraham was a Hebrew which means he was a descendent of Eber or I-bar. This means that Abraham's language, culture, and customs were Hebrew.

Hebrew:
H5680
עברי
‛ibrı̂y
ib-ree'
Patronymic from H5677; an Eberite (that is, Hebrew) or descendant of Eber: - Hebrew (-ess, woman).

  • Abraham built the Kaaba

Abraham built the Kaaba.... Actually no-where in the bible does it say that he built the Kaaba.... Some Muslims use Psa 84:5-6 and tried to use that as an example of Abraham and Ishmael, again having something to do with the Kaaba.

According to Muslim tradition, God told Abraham to begin the rite of pilgrimage to Becca (now Mecca). In a rite called tawaf, Arab pilgrims from time immemorial circled the stone counter clockwise seven times and ran seven times between the two promontories in memory of Hagar's seven passages. The historicity of this Abrahamic tradition is difficult to confirm; the first verifiable reference to the Arab people occurs in an inscription of Shalmanezer III dated 853 BC. ( HYPERLINK "http://www.bible.ca/islam/library/islam-quotes-occhigrosso.htm" The Joy of Sects , Peter Occhigrosso, 1996, p394-397)

Where in the bible does it say that Abraham and Ishmael built the Kaaba? (Chapter and verse please)...3rdly:  Psa 84:5-6  implied that this “WELL”.... (See definition below), was the Kaaba. Again they are incorrect and either they are ignorant or being deceptive?  Well in the context of what Psa 84:5-6 was discussing is as defined in the Strongs concordance:

Well
H4599
מעינה    מעינו    מעין
ma‛yân  ma‛yenô  ma‛yânâh
mah-yawn', mah-yen-o', mah-yaw-naw'
From H5869 (as a denominative in the sense of a spring); a fountain (also collectively), figuratively a source (of satisfaction): - fountain, spring, well.

Abram couldn’t do this for the simple fact that he was a Hebrew and thus followed the God of the Hebrews (which isn’t Allah), whom despises Idol worship and gave a commandment forbidding it. Further to that Abraham could not have been a Muslim, as Mohammed wasn’t born yet.

Clearly we can see that the claim that Abraham was Muslim is historical and spiritual incorrect. His Ethnic origin was Hebrew from the line of Shem. This lie that Adam or Abraham set up the Kaaba is total madness, by definition of the characteristics of the God of the Hebrews (see commandments Exo 20:1-6/ Levi 26:1). Again they are either Ignorant to history or you are being Deceptive.

Lev 26:1: Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

Exo: 20:2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
Exo 20:3  Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
Exo 20:4  Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:
Exo 20:5  Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;
Exo 20:6  And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

BREAKDOWN OF THE COVENANTS

Jasher 7:39-41

7:39 And when Nimrod had joyfully returned from battle, after having conquered his enemies, all his brethren, together with those who knew him before, assembled to make him king over them, and they placed the regal crown upon his head.

7:40 And he set over his subjects and people, princes, judges, and rulers, as is the custom amongst kings.

7:41 And he placed Terah the son of Nahor the prince of his host, and he dignified him and elevated him above all his princes.

  • History of the Most High's Covenant with Abram:

Gen 12:1  Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:

At this point, Abram and his family had already departed from the land of Chaldea and were at this point stationed in the land of Haran. Three years prior, Abram, his father Terah, his nephew Lot, and his wife Sarai had departed from Chaldea (Gen 11:28-32). Now the Most High is telling him to leave from amongst his father in order to go into the land of Canaan.

Gen 12:2  And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Not only has the Most High told Abram to leave the house of his father, he's letting him know that he will also bless him and make him a great nation.

Gen 12:3  And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

The Most High let Abram know that he will bless those that bless him and curse those who curse him and that through his seed; all nations of the earth shall be blessed. What this means is that the covenant between the Most High and mankind would come through the seed of Abraham.

The giving of the law, priesthood, prophet hood, the understanding of how to serve the Most High, and the King of kings; Lord of lords Jesus Christ all came through the seed of Abraham. These values were to be taught to the world through the blessed seed of Abraham which are the children of Israel.

Gen 12:4  So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.
Gen 12:5  And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.

At this point, we can see that both Abram and his wife Sarai his wife still have their original names; Abram which means "high father" or "exalted father" (ahba meaning father and ram meaning high or exalted) and Sarai (Sharya in Hebrew) which means princess (shar means chief or head person, or prince; sharya being the feminine name for prince). It states that Abram, Sarai, and Lot gathered all the substance and all the souls that they gotten in Haran and proceeded forth to Canaan.

All the souls they had gotten in Haran were they who were converted by Abram during his stay in Haran. (Jasher 13:1-3)The people saw the righteous works of Abram and were influenced. This gave them a chance to come to Abram and be taught the ways of the Most High. This shows that through your righteous works, fruit can be brought to the Most High.

Gen 12:6 And Abram passed through the land unto the place of Sichem, unto the plain of Moreh. And the Canaanite was then in the land.

When Abram entered the land of Canaan, the Canaanites were already inhabiting the land.

Gen 12:7 And the LORD appeared unto Abram, and said, Unto thy seed will I give this land: and there built he an altar unto the LORD, who appeared unto him. Unto thy seed will I give this land:

The Most High promised Abram that He would give the land to his seed for a possession. The promise of the land of Canaan was given unto the sons of Jacob before they were born. The sons of Canaan had no business in the land of Canaan and were responsible for inheriting a land that was not theirs to begin with. Therefore, when the Israelites when into the land under Joshua, they were commanded to destroy the sons of Canaan that were in the land along with their idols and groves.

There built he an altar unto the LORD: This shows that Abram knew and understood the law of sacrifice even before the law was given to Moses. Other examples that display Abram following the law are: the paying of tithes, the circumcision of him and his two sons, Abram's hospitality, his eating of clean meats, etc.

Gen 12:8 And he removed from thence unto a mountain on the east of Bethel, and pitched his tent, having Bethel on the west, and Hai on the east: and there he builded an altar unto the LORD, and called upon the name of the LORD. And called upon the name of the LORD: (Hebrew Ahlahayam/ powers Or Almighty Power

Even though Abram had an understanding of the Most High and called upon the Most High, by  the name God Almighty that the MH had not revealed to him (Exo 6:3).

Gen 12:9 And Abram journeyed, going on still toward the south.

Gen 12:10 And there was a famine in the land: and Abram went down into Egypt to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the land.

Gen 12:11 And it came to pass, when he was come near to enter into Egypt, that he said unto Sarai his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon:

I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon: Sarai, Abram's wife was still beautiful even old age. Abram knew that the Egyptians would lust after her beauty.

Gen 12:12  Therefore it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee, that they shall say, This is his wife: and they will kill me, but they will save thee alive

Abram understood that Egyptians that feared not the Most High would attempt to kill him in order to take his wife.

Gen 12:13  Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.

Abram told Sarah his wife to tell the Egyptians that she was his sister so that the Egyptians would spare his life.

Was Abraham lying when he said this?

Precepts: Gen 20:11-12

Gen 20:11  And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake.
Gen 20:12  And yet indeed she is my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.

Gen 12:14  And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.
Gen 12:15  The princes also of Pharaoh saw her, and commended her before Pharaoh: and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house.
Gen 12:16  And he entreated Abram well for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he asses, and menservants, and maidservants, and she asses, and camels.

Abram was given cattle, menservants, maidservants, and all other types of gifts from Pharaoh for Sarai's sake. One of the gifts he was given was Hagar; who would later give birth to Abram's firstborn Ishmael.

What we just gave was a background to the Most High's covenant and interaction with Abraham. Now we will go into a scriptural understanding highlighting the key events that led up to the birth of the covenant with the children of Israel.
