Prophet hood: Muhammad is his messenger and prophet.
Brief History of the Life of Mohammed:
Mohammed was born in 570 A.D. (almost 600 years after Christ) to Abd Allah ibn Abd al Muttalib (father) and Aminah bint Wahb (mother). By this time, the Israelites had already received their covenant thousands of years earlier under Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Moses had already received the law from Mount Sinai. All of the Hebrew prophets from Isaiah to Malachi had already given their testimonies. Our Lord and Saviour had already by this time come to be a sacrifice for the sins of the nation of Israel; while his disciples had already preached the Gospel to the Israelites spread throughout Asia Minor. During the time of Mohammed's birth, most of the Arab population of Arabia was still practising the worship of luminaries, spirits, and various idols. This information can be found documented in history:
Mohammed learns Monotheism from the Jews
Mohammed himself was raised as an idolater. So the question is where did he learn about the idea of the worship of one God? Many Muslims will say that the Archangel Gabriel visited Mohammed in a cave while fasting and praying. Mohammed was 40 years old when this so-called vision occurred. They will go on to say that it was Gabriel who told Mohammed that he was the last prophet and messenger of Allah. Here is Mohammed's own testimony of him being visited by Gabriel:
"Whilst I was asleep, with a coverlet of silk brocade whereon was
some writing, the angel Gabriel appeared to me and said, "Read!" I
said, "I do not read." He pressed me with the coverlets so tightly that
me thought 'twas death. Then he let me go, and said, "Read!" ... So I
read aloud, and he departed from me at last. And I awoke from my
sleep, and it was as though these words were written on my heart. I
went forth until, when I was midway on the mountain, I heard a voice
from heaven saying, "0 Mohammed! thou art the messenger of Allah,
and I am Gabriel." I raised my head toward heaven to see, and lo, Gabriel
in the form of a man, with feet set evenly on the rim of the sky,
saying, "0 Mohammed! thou art the messenger of Allah, and I am
Gabriel."

We will give the scriptural understanding on how Mohammed's call to prophet hood is not supported by the scriptures of either the Bible or Quran. At this moment we will give the true understanding according to history, as to how Mohammed received the message of monotheism. The Israelites were very instrumental in Mohammed's new fond ideas of worshipping one God.
According to history, Mohammed learned his teachings from the Israelites:
"There were many Christians in Arabia, some in Mecca; with at least one of
these Mohammed became intimate-Khadija's cousin Waraqah ibn Nawfal,
"who knew the Scriptures of the Hebrews and the Christians." Mohammed
frequently visited Medina, where his father had died; there he may have
met some of the Jews who formed a large part of the population. Many a
page of the Koran proves that he learned to admire the morals of the Christians, the monotheism of the Jews, and the strong support given to Christianity and Judaism by the possession of Scriptures believed to be a revelation from God. Compared with these faiths the polytheistic idolatry, loose morality, tribal warfare, and political disunity of Arabia may have seemed to him shamefully primitive. He felt the need of a new religion"

"After Mohammed became a camel driver, he travelled to remote and intriguing lands. He led his caravans to Persia, Syria, and Egypt, transacting business with merchants of every kind. On his business trips, he met Jews, Christians and members of other sects. He interrogated them on the tenets of their religions. He frequented the environment of the Jews and their rabbis, mostly because they were merchants and an omnipresent merchant group. Because he could not read or write, his ears were attentive and keen to everything that the Jews related to him. Mohammed learned and extracted much from the Jewish religion, and compounded it with his new religion, Islam."

"Mohammed was illiterate as a young man. He could not read nor write. Mohammed became good friends with his cousin, Waraqah ibn Nawfal, who was well acquainted with the Scriptures of the Hebrews and Christians. In fact, during Mohammed's lifetime, there were many Christians in Arabia. Mohammed frequently visited Median, where his father died, and there met many Jews. As Mohammed approached 40 he became more absorbed in religion. He was dismayed at the many gods of the Arabs, their constant tribal warfare, their loose morality and their political disunity. These factors influenced him in starting a new religion that had only one god". Mohammed soon started taking the customs and rites of the Hebrews and adopting them into his new religion Islam.

As we can clearly see, it was Mohammed's contact with the Jews that allowed him to receive the understanding of the worship of one God. Soon Mohammed would try to convert the same Jews and Christians that taught him the worship of one God, but to no avail. This is what caused the hostile relationship between the Black Jews and Christians and the Arab Muslims:
” But when relations with the Jews became tense, Muslims were told to face Mecca when prayed. An annual pilgrimage to Mecca was also ordered. This was done because the Jews (correctly so) disputed his prophetic claims and questioned the accuracy of his so-called vision. Mohammed could brook no opposition. He considered himself God's mouthpiece Asma, a local woman poetess, attacked Mohammed in her rhymes. It cost Asma her life. A Moslem plunged his sword so fervently into the sleeping woman's breast that if affixed her to the couch. Two other poets were also executed. Meanwhile, local Jews accused Mohammed of idolatry. In one battle captured Jews were given the choice of choosing Islam or death. The 600 fighting men chose death. They were slain and buried in the market place of Medina. Their women and children were sold into slavery."

"Trying his best to Mohammed sought to convert the Jews to his religion, but to no avail. The Jews were adamant and resistant to change. The high esteem which the prophet held for the Jews was transformed to enmity, and instead of allies, he looked upon them as competitors. Mohammed needed the confirmation of the influential Jews to validate his mission, as all upstarts need the backing of someone influential. Mohammed, therefore, turned against the Jews and became their tormentor."

"Mohammed tried to construct his religion closely as he could after the Jewish religion. He favored the Jews by accepting many of their laws and traditions. When the Jews refused to be converted, he commanded his followers to stop turning to the Holy City Jerusalem in prayer, but rather turn to the city of Mecca. He changed the Jewish Yom Kippur (the Day Atonement or Fast Day), which he had accepted the month of Ramadan. Mohammed changed the Jewish Sabbath from Saturday to Friday. We have another with Christianity. In the fourth century, Church changed the Sabbath to Sunday and reorganized its calendar to make Easter separate of Passover. Like Christianity, also, Mohammed included in his Bible (the Koran) accusations to the Jews. Nevertheless, the Koran glorifies many biblical personalities."

1Jn 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
What is a false prophet according to the bible?
1Jn 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
1Jn 4:3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
1Jn 4:4: Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1Jn 4:5: They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.
1Jn 4:6: We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.
2Jn 1:7: For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

What does Mohammed say about The Father and the Son?
Surah: 9 30-31:
9:30: The Jews say, "Ezra is the son of Allah "; and the Christians say,
"The Messiah is the son of Allah". That is their statement from their
mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved [before them].
May Allah destroy them; how are they deluded?9:31: They have taken their scholars and monks as lords besides Allah, and [also] the Messiah, the son of Mary. And they were not commanded except to worship one God; there is no deity except Him. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Him.
Surah 19:88-93
19:88: And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son."19:89: You have done an atrocious thing.
19:90: The heavens almost rupture there from and the earth splits open and the mountains collapse in devastation
19:91: That they attribute to the Most Merciful a son.
19:92:And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son

19:93: There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant
Once again we see here that based on what the word of the Most High said, Mohammed and his Quran explicitly deny Christ and claim that to think such a thing almost equal to blasphemy. I would again point out that Muslims use the bible to authenticate their book (you may not agree but it is fact from personal experience and you have done it also in your quote of Psa 84) if this is the case as demonstrated by your earlier posts then by the same token we can use the bible to identify what a false prophet is.

recited before them, they used to fall

they were weeping.
Surah 37:112. And We gave him the good news
of IsHaq (Isaac), a prophet from
among the righteous.
Surah 45:16. We gave the children of Isra’il the
book and the wisdom and the prophethood,
and provided them with good
things, and preferred them above all
(people of) the world
So in the Quran how come now Mohammed is a prophet when this gift was never given to his forefather Yismael. And their own book says that prophet-hood comes through Isaac and his seed. Again they are either IGNORANT or you are being DECEPTIVE.
- Christ is the last prophet not Mohammed:
Deut 18:15 The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
Deu 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
Deu 18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
Deu 18:20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.

John 1:45 Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, did write, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

Mohammed a false prophet:

Deut 13:1: If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder,
Deut 13:2: And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them;
Deut 13:3: Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
Deut 13:4: Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
Deut 13:5: And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee.
Deut 18:20 But the prophet, which shall presume to speak a word in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, even that prophet shall die.
Deut 18:21 And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?
Deut 18:22 When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
